Lisa founded Workforce Analytics in 2012 having spent many years working with clients to help drive productivity and profitability through strategic HR management of their workforces. She previously worked in Senior HR roles for The Just Group, Foster’s Group, Barclays Capital, HSBC and most recently the CEO & Founder of the boutique HR consulting business fibreHR.
She is passionate about helping businesses be leaders in their industries by utilising data and insights to improve customer service, profitability and business performance.
Lisa is responsible for the overall business strategy, management & product development at Workforce Analytics.
Chris is an experienced Commercial Director having worked in Human Resources, Payroll, Workforce Management and Management Consulting in various roles over the last 25 years.
Having worked for some global brands such as Toyota Australia, Australia Post, Burger King (North West Europe), Transport for London, HSBC (London) and Newcrest Mining in operational and leadership roles, he understands how important operational experience is when looking to unlock and manage the most important asset in an organisation, your people.
The last eight years Chris focused on strategic sales and delivery across HR Technology, Payroll, Rostering and Time (People Systems) for Deloitte, PwC and ADP.
Chris is responsible for the Commercial side of the business at Workforce Analytics and is passionate about People Systems and the value they provide for organisations through data, insights and analytics.
Heng-Soon joined Workforce Analytics during its inception and has over twenty years of experience in unlocking commercial value in complex systems via data, mathematics and computer science. He previously worked at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics (University of Melbourne) and IBM Research as a lecturer, researcher and consultant.
He is passionate about taking organisations on a workforce improvement and optimisation journey that is practical, scientific and commercially viable.
Heng-Soon is responsible for laying the mathematical foundations in the delivery of products and services at Workforce Analytics.
Lee is a senior HR and Workplace Relations professional with over 15 years experience in senior roles across a range of organisations within blue and white collar industries including services, manufacturing, logistics, BPO & retail. With a strong business and financial acumen and commercially driven mindset Lee has a proven track record of understanding business levers to drive results.
Lauren has worked across multiple sectors of Retail and Hospitality including fashion, footwear, homewares, sportswear, fast food and restaurants, specialising in leading teams to operational success through in store planning and execution of best practices.
She has achieved significant improvements in stock management, training and labour metrics and is passionate about understanding client’s operational requirements whilst challenging current business practice.
Lauren is responsible for the delivery of optimised rosters, facilitating training with clients and managing project timelines through to implementation at Workforce Analytics.
Steve has been driving productivity and efficiency at major FMCG facilities for many years. He has previously held senior strategic roles at Fosters Group managing the Capital Expenditure Program globally as well as Transformation and Integration Programs.
He is passionate about maximising return on investment at every level.
Steve is responsible for being a Client liaison as well as supporting the Workforce Analytics Team.
Olivia is a mathematician who has worked on business problems across a wide range of sectors, including workforce, airlines, shipping, mining, and healthcare. She has worked in research and industrial roles, with the common thread being mathematical optimisation and data science.
She is focussed on translating client challenges to algorithms and models to create practical outcomes. She is particularly excited about problems where the goal is to find the best solution when there are more options than atoms in the known universe.
Olivia is part of the maths team and works on modelling individual client problems and algorithm development.
Claire has a decade of experience in mathematical optimisation, data science, machine learning and advanced analytics. She has worked in both the corporate and public service sectors, with expertise in healthcare and energy management.
She has demonstrated experience in improving decision making processes through segmentation modelling, predictive modelling, hypothesis testing and prioritisation of requirements.
Claire’s motivation is to translate real-world business problems into analytical models and find the best solution approaches.
