Workforce Analytics are on the lookout for a highly driven and confident Rostering Consultant. In this role you will work closely with business leaders to provide financial and time savings, visibility, and compliance across rosters. You will have exposure to a range of range of industries and cutting-edge technologies with clients, from Fast-Food, Retail, and FMCG Groups through to the Disability Sector and Aged Care, consulting with them around efficient rostering practices. Reporting to the Workforce Project Manager, this role requires someone who can see data in a roster and interpret it, loves creating efficiencies, and is passionate about new technology. What’s exciting about this role is that you will have an opportunity to shape and influence the design of our products which will impact the business for future growth. Your tendency to learn and think quickly, coupled with your drive, execution focus and strong sense of urgency, will be critical to your success.
